Providers can request a copy of the Claim Lifecycle Report by emailing maryland.provpymt@optum.comPlease include your provider name, TIN, NPI(s), contact name and phone number.

SUD providers and mental health providers who deliver substance use treatment to a participant are reminded to ensure that participants have had the opportunity to sign the Managed Care Organization (MCO) ROI form. Signed and scanned forms should be uploaded into the Documents section of the participant’s file in IPP.

WEBINAR: ASAM Criteria in the SUD Residential Setting

The Maryland Department of Health and Optum Maryland are hosting a series of three meetings to discuss the ASAM Criteria and how these standards apply in residential settings.

PLEASE NOTE: The third webinar originally scheduled for September 27 has been rescheduled to Wednesday, October 18, at 2:00 - 3:30 pm, EDT. Please click here to register for this webinar.
