  • Emotional - coping well with life, able to handle emotions, creates satisfying relations
  • Environmental -living in pleasant spaces that support well-being
  • Financial - pleased with current and future financial status
  • Intellectual - takes part in creative activities, inspired to try new things
  • Occupational/Work - knows the value of meaningful work, able to explore many choices
  • Physical - promotes care of the body for better health and functioning, encourages balance between physical activities, food and emotional wellness
  • Social - building healthy, supportive relationships, connected to people, learning to balance personal, social, and work life, healthy boundaries
  • Spiritual - seeking meaningful and purpose in life, appreciates life experiences for what they are, can include religious belief
