The weekly payment cycle begins on Sunday at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time and includes claims that are processed from Monday through Sunday for the previous week. Submission of claims in a given week is not a guarantee of payment that week. Generally, it can take up to 10 to 14 days for a claim to complete the processing cycle.
