Providers must complete the Reconciliation Summary Report Survey, found here

COVID-19 testing is available in Maryland. Visit for details.

The weekly payment cycle begins on Sunday at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time and includes claims that are processed from Monday through Sunday for the previous week. Submission of claims in a given week is not a guarantee of payment that week. Generally, it can take up to 10 to 14 days for a claim to complete the processing cycle. If you are a biller of PRP claims, the payment procedure is to hold claims 7 calendar days from the date received before processing, to ensure all encounters have been submitted and processed. Although PRP claims are held for the first 7 days, the 10 to 14 days claims processing cycle is still applicable.
